11 lessons: Gluten-Free Vegan Cooking

The Gluten-Free Vegan Cookery course consists of 11 lessons: In the first, you will get to know Jannis, your cookery coach. In the second, you will learn lots of information about the gluten-free diet - and in the remaining nine lessons, the theory is put into practice as you cook and bake a series of tasty vegan, gluten-free dishes.

The recipes: Pasta, pizza, bread and more

The focus is on dishes that are usually made from gluten-containing flours in the conventional diet, such as wheat, spelt or rye flour. For example pizza, pancakes, bread, bagels, pasta, gnocchi and handmade spaetzle. In our cookery school, you will learn how to prepare these dishes gluten-free - and in such a way that they taste great.

The criteria for our recipes

In many gluten-free recipes, gluten is replaced by eggs. These recipes often also contain plenty of dairy products, which means that the usual gluten-free cuisine is not suitable for vegans or people who want to eat consciously. Our gluten-free recipes, on the other hand, fulfil the following criteria:

  1. Gluten-free
  2. Vegan
  3. Delicious
  4. Easy to cook
  5. As few ingredients as possible
  6. As few kitchen utensils as possible

The teaching material

Of course, our cookery school doesn't just provide you with the recipes. Each lesson includes a video in which chef Jannis explains exactly how to proceed, what to look out for, what alternatives are available and much more. You will also receive a handout for each lesson. This is written information that you can download as a PDF. It reiterates the most important points of each recipe and gives you information about the ingredients and their nutritional values. At the end of each lesson, you can test your newly acquired knowledge using test questions.

Your final test with certificate
